Legacy Creators iPhone Incentive

Hit either of these goals during one individual calendar month between September 1 and December 31, 2026:

Option 1 — Personal performance

Generate at least 4,000,000 personal LIVE diamonds in one calendar month.

Option 2 — Creator referrals

Bring qualified new creators into Legacy Creators whose combined eligible LIVE diamonds total at least 250,000 during one calendar month. You may refer as many creators as you would like.

A single referred creator does not need to generate 250,000 diamonds individually. Eligible diamonds from all of your qualified referrals are combined toward your monthly referral total.

The personal diamond requirement and referral diamond requirement shown on an upgraded tier must be achieved within the same calendar month.

Creators are limited to one iPhone total during the incentive period.

If you qualify for one reward level and later qualify for a higher reward level during another eligible month, you will receive the highest reward level earned during the incentive period. You will not receive multiple phones.

A qualifying creator may choose to receive gifts instead of the earned iPhone.

Once the highest listed phone tier has been reached, each additional 250,000 qualified referral diamonds earned within that same qualifying calendar month may increase the gift alternative by an additional $200, up to a maximum total gift value of $2,000.

The gift option is offered instead of, not in addition to, the iPhone.

Gift selections and availability are subject to approval by Legacy Creators. The gift alternative has no cash value and will not be paid as cash.

Creators can also earn a Legacy Creators branded shirt. Earn one by achieving either of the following during a single calendar month:

• 1,000,000 personal LIVE diamonds
• 50,000 qualified referral diamonds

Creators are limited to one free incentive shirt during the September 1 – December 31, 2026 incentive period.

Earning a shirt does not reset, reduce, or interfere with your progress toward the iPhone incentive.

This incentive is calculated by calendar month, not a rolling 30-day period. Each month begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the final day of the month.

The eligible months are:

• September 1–30, 2026
• October 1–31, 2026
• November 1–30, 2026
• December 1–31, 2026

Performance from different calendar months cannot be combined to reach a monthly qualification level. For example, 2 million personal diamonds in November plus 2 million personal diamonds in December does not qualify as 4 million diamonds.

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Be an active creator with Legacy Creators
• Be in good standing with Legacy Creators
• Not be suspended, terminated, or otherwise ineligible to participate
• Remain active and in good standing with Legacy Creators through final incentive verification and fulfillment

Creators who leave Legacy Creators before rewards are finalized may become ineligible for any unfulfilled incentive.

Referral diamonds only count when they come from a qualified new creator referral. You may refer an unlimited number of creators. The eligible diamonds generated by all of your qualified referrals during a calendar month are added together to determine your monthly referral total.

To qualify, a referred creator must:

• Be a genuinely new creator being brought into Legacy Creators
• Join Legacy Creators using your official referral link
• Be directly referred by you
• Successfully apply, be accepted, and officially join Legacy Creators
• Not already be signed with Legacy Creators
• Not already be managed by Legacy Creators
• Not already be actively onboarding with Legacy Creators before your referral
• Not be a former Legacy creator leaving and rejoining
• Not be you
• Not be a member of your immediate family
• Not live in your household
• Have an established history of actively going LIVE during the previous 3 consecutive months before joining
• Remain active with Legacy Creators for at least 30 consecutive days
• Remain active and in good standing throughout the qualification and verification process

The referral must be legitimate and must represent a creator you actually brought to Legacy Creators.

Before any diamonds from an individual referred creator can count, that creator must meet all of the following requirements for the applicable calendar month:

• At least 15,000 eligible LIVE diamonds
• At least 15 total LIVE hours
• LIVE activity on at least 7 separate days during that calendar month

If an individual referred creator does not satisfy all three requirements, that creator contributes zero referral diamonds toward your total for that month. Their diamonds are not partially credited.

A referred creator's diamonds can only begin counting on the date they officially join Legacy Creators. Diamonds generated before joining Legacy Creators do not count toward this incentive.

Example: if a creator officially joins Legacy Creators on October 12, eligible diamonds generated beginning October 12 may count toward the referring creator's October referral total. Diamonds generated October 1–11 would not count.

A referred creator must remain active with Legacy Creators for at least 30 consecutive days for the referral to become fully qualified. The 30-day period must be completed no later than December 31, 2026.

This means creators referred too late in December to complete the required 30 days by December 31 will not qualify for this incentive.

If a referred creator meets the monthly LIVE activity and diamond requirements but has not yet completed their required 30 days, their referral qualification may remain pending until the 30-day requirement is satisfied. Once completed, eligible activity from their original qualifying period may be credited during final verification.

All requirements must be fully satisfied by December 31, 2026.

A creator may only be credited as a referral to one person. If more than one Legacy Creator claims the same referred creator, Legacy Creators will determine referral ownership using available records, including:

• Referral link records
• Application information
• Communication history
• Join records
• Timestamps
• Other available verification

Generally, credit will be awarded to the person Legacy Creators determines made the first legitimate qualifying referral. Legacy Creators' determination regarding referral ownership is final.

All incentive qualification is determined using TikTok Backstage, including TikTok's agency/manager reporting for LIVE activity, diamonds, dates, hours, and related performance information.

Screenshots, creator-side analytics, verbal claims, manually recorded numbers, or self-reported statistics are not controlling. If there is a discrepancy, TikTok Backstage data and Legacy Creators' internal records will be used for final verification.

Legacy Creators may wait for reporting to fully update or settle before finalizing an incentive.

Only legitimate, eligible LIVE activity counts toward this incentive. Legacy Creators may exclude diamonds, activity, referrals, accounts, or creators involving or reasonably believed to involve:

• Self-gifting
• Artificially generated activity
• Manipulated activity
• Fraudulent activity
• Fake accounts
• Coordinated manipulation
• Collusion
• Purchased or improperly obtained engagement
• Refunded or reversed transactions
• Attempts to artificially inflate diamonds or LIVE statistics
• Falsified referral information
• Circumvention of referral requirements
• Violations of TikTok rules or policies
• Any other conduct Legacy Creators reasonably determines was intended to improperly qualify for an incentive

Legacy Creators may request additional information or conduct additional verification before approving a reward. Attempting to manipulate the incentive may result in the removal of some or all qualifying activity and may result in complete disqualification from the incentive.

The standard phone earned at the base tier is a new, unlocked iPhone 18 Pro, 256GB. Qualifying creators may choose their preferred available color. Higher configurations are provided according to the reward table above.

The incentive does not include:

• AppleCare or AppleCare+
• Cases
• Chargers or additional accessories
• Cellular service
• Carrier activation fees
• Other optional products or services

KBR Social will cover standard shipping to an eligible U.S. delivery address. Phone color, model, storage configuration, and delivery timing are subject to product availability.

If an earned configuration becomes unavailable, discontinued, significantly delayed, or otherwise impractical to obtain, KBR Social may substitute an item of equal or greater value or an equivalent available model, storage configuration, or reward.

The incentive period closes December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time. Final performance and referral qualification will be reviewed after the incentive period closes.

Qualifying creators are expected to be contacted during the first week of January 2027 after final verification. Creators may be asked to provide information necessary to fulfill the incentive, including:

• Full legal name
• Shipping information
• Phone/color selection
• Gift selection, if applicable
• Tax information
• Form W-9
• Other information reasonably necessary for verification or fulfillment

A qualifying creator who does not respond within 14 calendar days of Legacy Creators' initial reward notification may forfeit the earned incentive. It is the creator's responsibility to maintain accurate and current contact information with Legacy Creators.

Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with an earned incentive. KBR Social may require a recipient to provide tax documentation, including a completed Form W-9, before an incentive is fulfilled.

KBR Social may report the value of an incentive to the recipient and/or applicable tax authorities when required by law. Failure to provide requested tax information may delay or prevent fulfillment. Creators should consult their own tax professional regarding their individual tax obligations.

Each creator may receive a maximum of one iPhone through this incentive. Qualifying during multiple months does not result in multiple phones.

However, creators may continue working toward a higher reward tier after initially qualifying. At final verification, the creator will receive the highest tier successfully earned during the September 1 – December 31 incentive period.

This is not a competition for a limited number of phones. There is no predetermined maximum number of Legacy Creators who may qualify.

If multiple eligible creators independently meet the published requirements, each may earn the applicable incentive, subject to these terms.

Legacy Creators intends to administer this incentive according to the rules published on this page.

If circumstances outside of Legacy Creators' reasonable control materially affect the incentive — including TikTok reporting errors, platform changes, outages, discontinued products, fraud, technical failures, or similar extraordinary circumstances — KBR Social may make reasonable adjustments necessary to administer the program fairly.

Any correction or clarification will not be used to retroactively remove legitimately earned credit unless necessary because of fraud, reporting errors, incorrect data, or activity that was never eligible under these rules.

KBR Social reserves the right to verify eligibility, interpret these rules, investigate suspected abuse, correct reporting errors, and determine whether activity satisfies the requirements of the incentive.

Decisions regarding eligibility, referral ownership, qualifying activity, fraud prevention, and final reward levels will be made reasonably and in good faith based on the available records.
